Anger Cures

Lace up those running shoes
For a pre-dawn run
A mile or two will do
(or ten)

Take your rescue puppy
For a nighttime neighborhood stroll
Stop. Talk with neighbors
Don’t forget to listen (even laugh)

Congregate at the park
And mingle with the masses
Who have gathered for a cause
And walk (for a cure)
