When did common become the goal
And basic standards what we extol?
My poem, Miscommunication, is an acrostic and more. I decided see if I could play with the broken-down syllables in the title throughout the poem. Why not?
We wait. Engines idling in queue.
Like most travelers, I return home with a phone full of photos. A few years later, I can usually remember the landmarks, but many of the smaller moments have faded.
