Water, sweet water: so pure, so fair
A vital life source , as vital as air  
For friends who are fasting, its aid is clear
Quenching food pangs stark with grumblings austere.

Hydration, the fount to health and well-being
Flows, setting sights on fat-loss dreams now streaming.

Water keeps body moving crystal clean
Accelerating fat loss soon to be seen
Like rivers cleanse earth, veins run toxin-free
Increasing our edge, brightening our scene.

Water helps keep our bodies’ beat real
Killing indigestion, such comfort from bloat
Breaking down food, making blood flow
Enlightening our minds, just let me explain:

Water helps the brain function, killing chronic pain
Promoting healthy skin, a glow from our youth
Clearing brain fog, and that is the truth
Oiling old joints, and removing stuffy waste.

So drink up, dear friends, let sweet water renew
With each sip, each slurp, life’s purity breaks through.
