Who’s on the Ballot?
Every time I look at a ballot, I realize it is less about the names on the paper and more about what we actually value.
That is why I try to look past the slogans, learn where the candidates stand, and understand the issues that shape their decisions. The list on the left is my own baseline. It outlines the values a candidate has to demonstrate before they earn my vote. Your list might look completely different from mine. That is the whole point.
The only part that is not optional is showing up informed.
