Juneteenth
In honor of Juneteenth, I searched my archives to see what I could share related to the holiday. While I didn’t find anything written explicitly about Juneteenth, I did find several poems about freedom, justice, and equality. Each of these pieces, in its own way, helps explain why this day is such an important part of our history.
